Corn Puttu Podi Double Horse
Corn Puttu Podi is a popular breakfast from South India, prepared by steaming maize/corn flour with coconut in a special puttu cooker/puttu maker.

Method of preparation:
1. Add required water and salt to Corn Puttu Podi Double Horse and mix it thoroughly.
2. Fill it into the Puttu maker with coconut scrapings, layer by layer.
3. Steam cook (3-5min) till done and serve hot.
Serve with plantains, chutney, curry or sugar.
