Shan Butter Chicken to prepare an aromatic chicken in butter.
Butter chicken is a curry of chicken in a spiced tomato, butter and cream sauce. It originated in the Indian subcontinent as a curry.
Ingredients: Salt, Red Chilli, Turmeric, Cumin,Black Pepper, Large Cardamom, Cinnamon,Clove, Ginger, Garlic, Star Aniseed, White Pepper, citric Acid, Tartaric Acid, citric acid, Soya, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking Agent).

Preparation Method:
| Chicken | 1kg, small cubes |
| Tomatoes | 1kg finely chopped |
| Lemon Juice | 3-4 teaspoon |
| Milk | ½ cup/85g |
| Fresh cream | ½ cup/85g |
| Butter | ½ cup/85g |
| Oil | ½ cup/85g |
| Shan Butter Chicken Masala Mix | 1 packet |
Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix Shan Chicken Butter Mix and lemon juice in half cup of water and apply to the meat cubes.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes. Boil the tomatoes in 1-2 cups of water for 10 minutes or till soft and tender; Sieve to remove skin and seeds.
3. Keep tomato puree aside. Separately: Heat oil and add the marinated meat. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
4. Add the tomato puree and milk. Cover and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Stir-in fresh cream. Add the melted butter, remove from heat and serve.
